At its core, this role is about creating an amazing place to work for our team. The primary focus of this role is to develop culture initiatives to drive team retention and onboarding excellence for new hires. This role will build and develop the existing HR group.
- Manage two full time team members, an HR coordinator and HR administrator
- Build culture initiatives and events (virtual and in-person) for the company across our work-from-anywhere team
- Work closely with our leadership team to plan, execute, and manage high-priority retention initiatives
- Streamline and maintain tools and improvements of HR processes across the organization, including culture, compliance, compensation, and office management.
- 2-3 years of people management experience
- SHRM certification – SCP or CP
- Benefits administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- Deep understanding of HR practices and a passion for social impact
