Nanny for Nanny Share

We are seeking a nanny (or two) who are willing to provide childcare for a collection of parents in need in our small town of Dubois, Wyoming. Dubois has amazing access to mountains, rivers, lakes in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, deep roots in cowboy culture, and lively summer nights that reflect both our outdoors community and rodeoing. We have recently lost the only daycare in our town and we are looking for help starting immediately.

This person must:
– Be 19 years of age or older
– Have a background check
– Be willing to work for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week with 3-8 children ages <1-5
– Be flexible
– Be available until November 1
– Be to provide professional or personal references
– Have, or be able to acquire certifications in infant/toddler First Aid/CPR prior to starting

Ideally this person:
– Knows what they can and cannot handle and can ask for help when they need it
– Is a great communicator
– Is a self-starter
– Is clean and consistent
– Is reliable

We are actively seeking housing options that will be free or low-cost for this person. Because of this delicate and time-sensitive need, we are asking that our nanny be flexible and understanding that this is an emergent situation and we are trouble shooting every day! In that vein, the location of this work will vary from in-home group childcare to providing care in a certified facility.

This will be paid hourly. Rate is negotiable.
