The Head Lifeguard at Skylake is primarily focused on all things Waterfront safety at our private docks on Bass Lake. Skylake will provide LGIT training on-site for hired Head Lifeguard as the position also entails helping to lead our lifeguarding program for our Campers in Leadership Training.
- Head Lifeguard must have experience lifeguarding with a strong preference for those who have multiple years of experience, are good at leading teams, and taking direction.
- This position is perfect for those with lifeguarding experience who want to further their leadership skills and enjoy working with children (ages 7-15).
- The position reports to the Waterfront Director who reports to the Director.
