Front Desk Agent
Wage: $16.45/hour

We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to ensure a high level of guest service by greeting and registering guests, checking out guests, taking reservations, ensuring billing accuracy, and answering/directing phone calls at the Oasis at Death Valley. Our mission is to provide legendary service to our guests visiting from all over the world, and your work is instrumental to our success!
Front Desk Supervisor
Wage: $17.30/hour
Start Date: 1/25/23 or later
Position Type: Full Time, Year Round
Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the front desk including guest check-in/check-out, training new employees, handling guest complaints, and managing reservations.
Front Office Manager
Wage: $24.45/hour
Start Date: 3/1/23 or later
Position Type: Full Time, Year Round
The Front Office Manager will oversee the Front Office operations, Reservations, PBX, Concierge, and Bell Staff at the Inn or the Ranch. This position requires achieving maximum revenue and occupancy for the operations and maintaining the Oasis at Death Valley quality standards in meeting our guests’ expectations and services. Works closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance departments.
