Our Dishwashers play a key support role in facilitating a smooth flow in our kitchens to assure exceptional dining experiences for our guests and in assisting fellow team members in the back of house area. This entry level position is a great opportunity to gain experience in our Food & Beverage team while working for one of the leading vacation destinations in the world.
Responsibilities

Assist our culinary professionals in providing amazing service while working the dish area with a smile
Ensuring a smooth flow in the kitchen by keeping up with volume of work
Showcase your cleanliness standards by keeping the dish area and maintaining impeccable order
Display helpful and supportive communication with leaders and fellow team members
Maintain harmonious relationships with team members by being open to completing any task or function that will enhance the service experience
Learn and follow our Boyne Standards and Boyne Basics to better serve our guests
Qualifications
Recipe for Success:
Have a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
Possess the ability to excel in an environment with repetitive tasks in a steady or fast, even pace
Remain patient and cool under pressure
Exhibit clean work habits and ownership of a safe, clean work area
Work within established standards and procedures
Be available to work early, mid-day and evening shifts, weekends and holidays
Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
