Our Assistant Manager position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, greeting office visitors throughout the day, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agency owner or associates.
Our office is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing itinerary change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have.
Prior office experience and knowledge is required.
Travel industry experience not required.
Salary Range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Process client change requests.
Secure all necessary Documents from clients.
Immediately greet all clients entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take payments from clients.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each client contact and update client information.
Answer incoming phone calls.
