Camp Counselor I ($8.75-$10/hour) • Must be 17 years of age or older • Provides direct supervision of campers • Leads group of camper activities • Prior experience (CIT/Jr. Counselor/Youth Leader)
Camp Counselor II ($10-$14/hour) • Must be 20 years of age or older • Provides direct supervision of campers • Leads group of camper activities • Program planning responsibilities • Prior experience (CIT/Jr. Counselor/Youth Leader)
Activity Specialist I ($10-$14/hour) • Must be 18 years of age or older • Responsible for developing curriculum in assigned area • Experience leading a group of children preferred • Positions include: arts and crafts, nature, music, archery, science, outdoor education • Supports special events activities • Activity management
Activity Specialist II ($12-$16/hour) • Must be 21 years of age or older • Responsible for developing curriculum in assigned area • Experience in specialty preferred • Positions include: gymnastics, horseback riding, water front activities, rope/tower activities • Must provide certifications and qualifications in area of expertise • Specialty camp leader
Availability to work Monday – Friday, with dependable transportation. Opportunities are available at multiple locations throughout Hillsborough County. Successful completion of pre-employment background check required.
