As a Hotel Manager I oversee all operations and day-to-day activities in a hotel organization. I take on a variety of duties including managing everything from accounting, sales, business development, payroll, developed a training program and train new managers and exemplary customer service.

Resident Apartment Manager 07/2014 to 06/2015
Princeton Property Portland, Oregon
Managed several multi-family apartment complexes at various locations. Ranging from 140 units to 200+ units depending on which complex I helped at. For a short period, I also trained another manager on her property. Some of the duties I preformed: Leases, upselling, background checks, move in move out, remodeling, dealing with vendors, working with residents and staff to solve issues. Also accounting, collecting rent, 30-day notices while using Yardi. Experienced in sales and marketing.
