Interact with hotel guests to improve the service experience with the activation of the services of all establishments within the lobby area (for example: Restaurant and Bar, Reception Desk, Business Center, Lounge, etc.) Respond to guest requests for special paperwork or services (eg transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making paperwork or identifying appropriate vendors. Respond to special requests from guests with special needs and check in with them to ensure they have been satisfied. Collect, summarize, and offer insights from the local area to inform guests about property amenities and the surrounding area, including special events and local activities. Contact the appropriate person or department (ex: Bellhop, Housekeeping, Server – Food & Beverage) as needed to resolve a guest call, request, or issue. Report accidents, injuries and dangerous working conditions to a manager, complete training and safety certifications.
