Kitchen Assistant

Camp Shady Brook is looking for a Kitchen Assistant who will enthusiastically represent the YMCA by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job through the four-character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The Kitchen Assistant will create a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while preparing good-tasting, healthy food under the supervision of the Food Service Director, will maintain a safe, clean kitchen, as well as assist with cleanup. Meals and lodging provided.
