Marble Mountain Ranch
Marble Mountain Ranch is hiring skilled horse riders/wranglers to lead trail rides, and to assist in our arena based instructional riding program. Applicants must have experience with horses and be competent riders.
Wranglers need to be able to provide care for 20+ ranch horses, saddle and groom horses, take guests on rides around the ranch and surrounding mountains, and assist in our covered arena riding program. Skill sets should also include good public relations and communications, risk management and awareness, punctuality, and diligent work ethics.
This is a Western ranch, so applicants should be willing to groom and dress the part of traditional western rider. We are remote, so housing and meals are included, as well as competitive pay and a share of typically generous tips.
Some additional work in gardening, food prep, shuttle driving, or another area to be determined in order to fill out the work day, since the horse wrangling typically involves about a 3/4 day.
Salary: $150/day plus housing, most meals, share of tips, and $1000 bonus for completion of the work season at end of August.
