Northern Tier National High Adventure
Northern Tier just celebrated it’s 100th anniversary and is looking for a strong program team leader to move us into our next century of delivering wilderness adventures that last a lifetime! Northern Tier offers wilderness canoe trips during the summer and winter camping during the winter.
We are looking for a proven program team leader, who can build a team culture that will make staff want to come back year after year. This person will lead a team of 3-4 year-round, full-time program professionals, as well as 175-200 seasonal staff. Key job functions include: staff development, marketing, communication, budget management and new program development. We are especially seeking individuals that can think ‘outside the box’ and help us grow our non-traditional programs, maximize capacities and generate new revenues.
Northern Tier is located near Ely, MN and has facilities in Minnesota, Ontario and Manitoba. Candidates must be able to cross the Canadian border.
