Camp Counselor in Alabama

Camp ASCCA started in 1976 and is one of the premier camps in the country that serves children and adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. We are located on beautiful Lake Martin in East Central Alabama.

We offer three zip-lines, tubing, waterslides, canoeing, shooting sports, swimming, trampoline, petting zoo, fishing and even live bands every week! Each counselor is responsible for the personal care and supervision of two to three campers per session, but this is accomplished by teamwork through a mixture of new and returning staff.

•  No prior experience necessary because your first week at camp is orientation, training and team building.
• Each camping session lasts from Sunday at 1 pm until Friday at 11 am.
• Hiring dates are June 12 until July 28.
