Bartender/Server

The role of the Bartender/Server is to exceed our guest’s expectations which is key to our success as you contribute to delivering a perfectly crafted experience to our guests every time! We are in the middle of our snowmobile/ice fishing season which is a very busy time but also very fun and profitable. We have a very loyal customer base. The Server/Bartender will provide friendly, excellent service to every customer who approaches the bar while preparing and pouring drinks and serving food for customers and beverage servers. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of AJ’s policies and procedures, and objectives. AJ’s Lodge and Oven won Michigan’s Red Hot Best for best pizza, restaurant, lodging and outdoor dining for 2024!!!
