Our customer service is truly beyond compare!<\/p>\n<p>Our 2023\u00a0Season is from mid-May and runs through the end of September our Peak Summer Season usually ends in August.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Executive Chef responsibilities include but are not limited to:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and execute a ranch-style menu<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to accommodate any and all guest dietary restrictions<\/li>\n<li>Take accurate inventory and\u00a0place food orders on a weekly basis<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and manage support staff appropriately<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to jump in wherever needed while leading a team<\/li>\n<li>Work\u00a0cooperatively with the Front of House<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a hygienic and organized workspace<\/li>\n<li>Dress professionally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:<\/strong><br \/>\nWorking at a guest ranch is fun and fulfilling, but it\u2019s not a vacation!\u00a0The days are very long and full of hard work. The main goal here at Majestic Dude Ranch is to make the guests feel as welcomed and comfortable as possible.\u00a0 We want each guest to feel like family when they leave and to leave having had the best vacation of their life. \u00a0Each staff member can expect to help in different areas of ranch operations at some time or another such as housekeeping, waiting tables, dishwashing, clearing trails, and groundskeeping.\u00a0 Everyone that works here must be willing to help in all areas no matter their title.\u00a0 Our staff wears\u00a0many hats!!<\/p>\n<p><strong>We expect our staff to have the following qualities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drug and alcohol-free<\/li>\n<li>Respectful to all guests and staff<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a professional appearance<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player<\/li>\n<li>Have a positive attitude and outlook on life<\/li>\n<li>Attentive to the needs of both the guests and staff<\/li>\n<li>Must be honest at all times<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and easy-going<\/li>\n<li>Get along with, enjoy being with, and respect people of different ages and backgrounds<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively and tactfully to both staff and guests<\/li>\n<li>Go out of your way for guests to feel special and welcomed<\/li>\n<li>Take job and responsibilities very seriously<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic<\/li>\n<li>A healthy individual who loves the outdoors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Room and Board for Staff:<\/strong><br \/>\nPrivate living quarters are available to the Executive Chef. Wi-Fi is available in some areas of the ranch due to being remote.\u00a0 We provide basic furnishings, bed linens, pillows, and towels as well as a washer and dryer and detergent. Pets are not allowed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food for Staff:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We provide 3 meals a day for staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><br \/>\nWe offer competitive compensation with room and board included and 3 meals a day.
