As the Director of Food and Beverage you are vital to the operation and dining experience; ensuring operational excellence and differentiation of the various Food & Beverage concepts. The Front of House dining experience for our members and guests, is the main focus. The Director of Food & Beverage keep the guests coming back for more!\n <\/div>\n

\n On the job:\n <\/div>\n
    \n
  • Responsible for selection, development and retention of talented food and beverage staff<\/li>\n
  • Ensure financial targets are being met and appropriate accounting procedures are followed<\/li>\n
  • Oversee food and beverage operation, providing excellent guest service<\/li>\n
  • Review guest and member requests and concerns to determine a plan of action<\/li>\n
  • Create and execute short and long term operational and financial plans for the food and beverage department to improve quality and financial results<\/li>\n
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively between all departments<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with the national programs such as Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, Beverage Cartender program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Previous experience in a food and beverage or Chef leadership role<\/li>\n
