Reports to the Human Resources Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Staffing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage hourly staffing including the maintenance of the application tool, sourcing applications, posting jobs, processing background checks, completing the staffing update, and sending rejection notices.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain the hourly job board<\/li>\n<li>Assist with College Relations efforts including classroom visits, career fairs, interviews, and Aramark sponsored recruiting events<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain up-to-date hourly job descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Play an active role in the USF Student Manager Program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>New Hire Paperwork<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Responsible for producing new hire packets, managing new hire paperwork (NHP) binder, checking all completed packets for compliance, mailing any necessary forms for credit purposes(8850), and processing new hires in HRIS (People Center)<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain an hourly onboarding program for all new hires<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for constantly evaluating the new hire processes and providing feedback and suggestions for simplification and streamlining policies and procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Safety<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist and understand all aspects of safety including reporting procedures, record maintenance, and workers compensation<\/li>\n<li>Active participant in the USF Safety Committee<\/li>\n<li>Help maintain and promote a Safety Incentive Program<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the development of a Safety Handbook<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employee Relations<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help maintain a positive employee relations environment by managing employee incentive programs such as employee referral and Encore Encore recognition.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the progressive disciplinary process and assist with policy enforcement, consistency, understanding, and file maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with the HRM to participate and witness disciplinary sessions, employee roundtables, and investigations for your development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Benefits<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsibility for managing employee benefits including open enrollment, layoff periods, and inquiries regarding benefits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Training<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help coordinate and facilitate any training programs such as new and returning employee orientations, safety, operational, student manager, etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Record Retention\/File Maintenance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage hourly active and terminated files and I-9 Forms in accordance with Aramark policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Administrative Duties<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Process wage verifications<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Employee portion of\u00a0 location Communication board and facilitate payment for Spot Award nominations<\/li>\n<li>Order office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Compile unemployment information to TALX and participate in hearings<\/li>\n<li>Process all leave of absence requests including but not limited to FMLA, disability paperwork, medical and or personal LOA requests<\/li>\n<li>Maintain an up-to-date phone list<\/li>\n<li>Process terminations<\/li>\n<li>Update and process changes to employee job title, wages, and\/or personal information such as address and name changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>HRA Handbook training (strategic planning)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"http:\/\/uscareers-aramark.icims.com\/jobs\/371045\/job?mode=job&iis=CareersSite&iisn=LM&mobile=false&width=1025&height=500&bga=true&needsRedirect=false&jan1offset=-480&jun1offset=-420","_company_name":"Aramark - Yosemite Hospitality","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"field_61b19116f8e1f","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":"","job_salary":"$15.00 \/ hour"},"job-types":[],"jcategory":[112,219,134],"ptags":[146],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Human Resources Coordinator near Yosemite | Cool Jobs<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Learn more about the Human Resources Coordinator near Yosemite open position on Cool Jobs.
