This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies, Snow Mountain Ranch, which operates a family and group conference and retreat center and residential summer camp, serving more than 50,000 guests annually. The Resident Life Manager is responsible for managing staff housing, the staff experience team, staff activities\/trips, mailroom and resident life volunteers. This position comes with free housing in beautiful Grand County, Colorado.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n
    \n
  • College degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.<\/li>\n
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience or formal HR training.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
      \n
    • Oversee management of staff housing, common areas and staff campground<\/li>\n
    • Assure the routine maintenance and cleanliness of all staff housing<\/li>\n
    • Manage staff furniture inventory and staff housing repairs<\/li>\n
    • Supervise Conference Services Housekeeping staff for staff housing<\/li>\n
    • Coordinate and assign housing to seasonal staff and volunteers<\/li>\n
    • Enforce policies to maintain order in staff housing\/campground through mediation with all age groups.<\/li>\n
    • Able to take disciplinary actions with staff when necessary and document<\/li>\n
    • Report and document any alcohol or drug related incidents to the Human Resources Director immediately<\/li>\n
    • Manage and assure completion of orientation\/training for new staff arrivals<\/li>\n
    • Prepare seasonal welcome packs for staff arrivals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
