Useppa Island Club is a Private, Members-Only Island located in Southwest Florida.

We are hiring full-time live-on employees for the following positions:

Front of House: (All Servers need to have the ability to Tend Bar as well) To begin on or around April 1, 2022

  • Servers: Looking for two experienced servers $6.97/hr + Tips
  • Hostess/Back-Up Server: Looking for an experienced Hostess who has the ability to pick-up tables when necessary.
    The primary position is Hostess. $14.50/hr plus 1% tip out
  • Back of House: (All Line Cooks must be available to work a 40 hour week): To Begin on or around March 28, 2022
  • Line Cook/Breakfast Cook: Looking for 1 Line Cook who is experienced in Pantry, Prep, Grill, Sautee and has a specialty role as a Breakfast Chef. ($16/hr)

We offer single occupancy housing with all utilities for $175/mo ($225/mo for trailer). Rent is deducted from paycheck bi-weekly ($87.50/pay). All units are fully furnished and have smart tv’s with wi-fi included.

All employees have full access to club amenities on downtime including Tennis, Kayak, Paddle Board, Bicycles, Hot Tub, Heated Pool, Beaches, and Fitness Center.
