The Station Bar & Grill is a family-owned and operated restaurant. We are located in Skagway, Alaska, which is a cruise ship destination to many, thus dropping thousands of tourists at our doorstep every day. The Station Bar & Grill is the local’s favorite spot and has a very high-paced work environment. Our menu is American-style fare with a focus on pizza, burgers, and fish & chips.

We are looking to hire someone with some experience, who enjoys working in a high-paced environment and creating an awesome experience for our guests, in a timely fashion. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to, providing our restaurant guests with excellent service, consistency, fun, and friendly experience, in a professional and timely manner. Assists other staff members when needed. Ensures the cleanliness of the restaurant is always consistent with the Station’s standards and procedures and becomes a cohesive part of the Station Bar & Grill front and back of the house staff. You are required to act in a professional manner to everyone on the Smith Company staff and to every customer.

The Station Bar & Grill does offer housing for full-time employees. Our season runs from April 1 – Oct 1, but there is always an opportunity to join our staff year-round once you have realized you have fallen in love with The Station and our amazing little town!
