Highland Hills Ranch
You will be one of 2 chef’s rotating.. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast, lunch & dinner for up to 24 guests.
In addition to the meals the chef also prepares 3-4 appetizers depending on the group size. All meals are three courses and courses out. A different menu is offered daily with the same menu repeated for each new group.
Responsible for inventory control, supply ordering and meal presentation. We have an open kitchen and guests will interact with the chef.
On arrival day chef assists guests get settled into their room on a as needed basis.
