Retail Sales Associate Position MUSTS:

Retail Sales Associate Job Description:

  • Helping / Communicating with all customers
  • Cleaning Daily (sweeping, dusting, etc.)
  • Hanging, Folding, and Displaying Clothing & Products
  • Handling Cash and Credit Card transactions
  • Handling Surf Board & SUP rentals
  • Add newly arriving product to our POS system
  • Opening & Closing of Cash Register
  • Handling Opening & Closing Duties

Retail Sales Associate Training will Include:

  • Training on our POS system to enable Associate to handle all sales, returns, gift certificate purchases & purchase orders.
  • Basic training in Surf, SUP & Accessory sales
  • Basic training in Sunglass & Watch sales

Housing is provided ($100 a week), the cost is deducted from the paycheck. Each bedroom is shared with 2 people. The employee must be able to stay through Labor Day Monday. We cannot accommodate staff vacations from the 2nd week of June through the 2nd week of August. Job is available through October 31st and a bonus is given if the employee stays through Labor Day as well as October 15th.
