Course Facilitators are the backbone of Loco Rope’s high adventure experience. They must possess strong leadership skills and an energetic and personable manner. Ability to learn process and follow procedures is required so asto provide safe and fun passage to all guests.
Highly developed communication skills are essential to a Facilitator’s success on the job. One must be capable of delivering easily understood instructions to guests and maintaining professional working relationships with fellow staff.
A Facilitator’s job requires that they possess an enthusiastic and self-sustaining drive to provide the top most level of customer care. Facilitators play an important part in creating memorable outdoor experiences; their desire to do so should be seen in every interaction they have with the guests of Loco Ropes and fellow staff.
Facilitators must be comfortable working at heights and possess a level of physical fitness that will allow them to excel at the daily rigors of ropes course facilitation. Facilitators must also be able to cheerfully endure the elements associated with Arkansas’s spring, summer, and fall, seasons, including rain, wind, and snow.
Term of Employment: March 1-November 30. Additional training maybe required outside of this period.Summer-only hiring may be available.
