Restaurant Server

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Employees at OCC enjoy a positive, professional work atmosphere with the opportunity for advancement in the hospitality industry for those who consistently display a strong work ethic and optimistic attitude. Relations between fellow servers and those in different departments are productive and respectful. We pride ourselves on providing the membership of the Club with the highest level of customer service possible. Raises are awarded regularly to those employees who are energetic and hard-working. Those with hospitality experience would be offered a higher rate of initial hourly compensation. Potential applicants should be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and be able to lift 30 pound of weight. It can be busy, especially Friday and Saturday nights, so those seeking a position with OCC should be able to cope with moderate amounts of stress. We are extremely flexible and are happy to work around other jobs, school, etc.
