Signal Mountain Lodge is a standout on the seasonal circuit. What’s all the buzz about?

The Location: It just doesn’t get any better than this. (And we’re only a tiny bit biased…) Not only is Signal Mountain Lodge smack-dab in the middle of Grand Teton National Park, but it’s the only lodge in the park that’s right on the shores of Jackson Lake. We’re also a short drive from the town of Jackson where you can find lots of ways to enjoy your time off when you’re not exploring the numerous hiking trails, paddling on the lake, biking, or boating the nearby Snake River. And did we mention that we’re just a couple hours from Yellowstone National Park? Yep, we’re pretty lucky! You will truly be hard-pressed to find a seasonal location with a greater scope for your adventurous spirit than Signal Mountain Lodge.

The Management: All of the year round staff at Signal Mountain Lodge have been here for at least 3 years – most for 10 or more! Being part of the Signal management team means being committed to communication, transparency, and putting our staff first. It also means not being afraid to get your hands dirty! You are as likely to find our managers beside you in the laundry room or the dish pit as you are to find them in their offices.

The Community: Signal Mountain Lodge has a consistent employee return rate of around 50% – an insanely high rate for a seasonal operation. Why? We think it has a lot to do with the sense of community we cultivate, the emphasis we put on our staff’s needs and wants, and the quality of our leadership. We’re constantly striving to create an environment conducive to a healthy work/life balance for our staff – and it seems to be working. After spending a summer here, you will come away with a greater sense of connection to others, to yourself, and to the environment – you might even find yourself coming back year after year like so many before you!

There are a lot of exciting opportunities this time of year for the seasonal worker, but we hope you’ll apply with us and see for yourself what makes Signal Mountain Lodge so special! The people and location are amazing, the EDR food is shockingly good, and every dorm room has high-speed Wi-Fi and its own bathroom. You can expect a fair wage, 2 days off per week, and managers who truly care about your success. Signal Mountain Lodge: It’s not just a job – it’s a lifestyle!
