Lawn & Grounds Manager in Leavenworth, Washington

Stonewater is a 158-acre property in Leavenworth, WA. The property is a retreat center and adventure base for an organization called Youth Dynamics. (www.yd.org) The property is made up of some forest, pasture, campgrounds, and buildings.

Stonewater is uniquely located in the Central Cascades and offers an easy drive to amazing hiking, climbing, whitewater, dirt biking, mountain biking, or whatever your preferred recreational activity is. Endless adventure awaits! The little village of Leavenworth is also a tourist destination with a strong local vibe.

The basic summary of the position is mowing the lawns, weed whacking, blowing leaves and debris, dealing with the rodents, and any other basic lawn care. The grounds manager will also take care of any unique lawn/grounds needs that arise. This person can work on their own schedule, as long as it works with groups that are onsite. This position wouldn’t be micromanaged.

Ideally, the person we hire already has experience with small engine equipment, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
