The Cleveland-Llyod Dinosaur Quarry is still an active quarry. It contains the densest concentration of Jurassic-aged dinosaur bones ever found. We are near Elmo, Utah, just south of Price.
Our season runs from the 1st Thursday in April through the last Sunday in October. You do not have to work the entire season, but we ask that you commit to providing 250 hours of volunteer time. When you reach 250 hours, you will receive an America The Beautiful Volunteer pass. It provides access to and use of Federal recreation sites and is good for 1 year.
We are open from 10:00 – 5:00 Thursdays thru Sundays. We would like someone to devote 20 hours per week and are flexible as to when those hours are worked.
There can be a lot of down time, and lots of busy times.
Please visit the Careers page on our website, or contact us by email or phone for more information.
