Complete the final dismantling of the function by cleaning the room and cleaning and putting away equipment where appropriate. Complete closing tasks, such as storing all reusable merchandise, locking doors, sorting merchandise, etc. Organize, supply and maintain work areas. Supervise and maintain the cleanliness, hygiene conditions and organization of assigned positions and service areas. Transport dirty linens to appropriate area for laundering, separate napkins from tablecloths, and restock linen racks with clean linens. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day through a constant cleaning procedure.
