- Monitor Guest Room Attendants and House Persons work productivity
- Conduct daily briefings and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House Persons
- Keep all rooms, hallways, lockers, and lobbies clean and ensure all work is done properly

- Ability to deal and interact with management, employees, and guests in an effective and diplomatic manner
- Strong leadership qualities and sound judgment with effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
