Host

Host / Hostess: will greet guests as they arrive, receive and record dining reservations on the telephone, ensure the proper set up of dining and service areas, politely request guests to wait in the waiting area if no table is available, present menus, make recommendations and occasionally take orders. Assist room service staff when needed, be professional, and put together; this position is the first person a guest may see.
