By being the first and last face a guest sees during their time with us, hosts play an integral part in creating a memorable experience at Sportello. As such, we are seeking charismatic, outgoing, and friendly individuals to join a talented front of house team as we continue to offer some of the best Italian bites in Fort Point!

Position responsibilities include:

• Use of Opentable to organize reservations in a cohesive, logical manner
• Informing servers/management of specific guest requests, notes, events, etc.
• Booking call-ahead reservations
• Taking carry-out orders
• Functional knowledge of Sportello’s menu, floor plan, and general information to assist guests with questions

Additional Information:

• Experience preferred but not required
