Work description

Our job is not just to serve food on a table for our guests to enjoy until it’s time to ask for the bill. On top of that, we want to create an experience that is memorable and unique (food and drink aside). Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative in offering a whole series of services aimed at making the guest enjoy the experience. Whether it’s setting tables, talking to the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work and storage areas, Guest Service Experts make transactions a part of the guest experience. No matter what. your role, there are a number of things critical to success (creating a safe workspace, following company guidelines and procedures, maintain quality standards and ensure that your uniform, personal appearance, and communication are professional. Guest Service Experts are always on the go (stand up, sit down, walk for long periods of time, move on sloping surfaces that are not always smooth and sometimes slippery), review the menu (read and verify information) and are involved in all kinds of tasks (move things, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without help; they must reach high places and bend down, and they must make movements that require them to bend their arms knees, twisting, reaching and stooping). It is critical that Guest Service Experts consistently do these tasks well (and other reasonable tasks that are required of them) to keep guests happy and the hotel running.
