- Identifying sick animals and treating them
- Moving/sorting animals with a sorting board
- Monitor and order feed from feed mill
- Cleaning facilities including power-washing
- Keeping detailed, accurate records that comply with integrator
- Ensuring all animals are receiving proper feed, water, and ventilation
- Understand and follow biosecurity protocol, must shower in and out of the facility
- Assist at the Sow Farm in various areas of the barn including farrowing and gestation
areas
