Front Desk/Restaurant Attendant/Parlor in Sawtooth City, Idaho

Smiley Creek Lodge is a small historical and family-owned lodge located at the headwaters of the Salmon River and Southern Terminus of Sawtooth Valley. Right in between Stanley and Sun Valley in Central Idaho, Smiley Creek Lodge is known for its Rv park, lodging that includes cabins, yurts, and soon-to-come tiny homes, our restaurant, gas station, small grocery store, and world-famous milkshakes.

The Front of House staff will all be circulating around and working a range of customer service-based jobs. These jobs include Front Desk, Restaurant Attendant, and Parlor. We are looking for dependable, hardworking, and level-headed Front of House staff that have experience in a fast-paced restaurant-like atmosphere.

The timeline will be from the end of May to mid-fall.

Typical shifts can be anywhere from 6 to 9 hours, and pay is based on experience and competitive compensation. Tips are evenly split between all the workers at the lodge.

We try and work hard to give every employee two consecutive days off to ensure that you have time each week to get out and explore the outdoors.

We have three different options for employee housing, and they are all located just a 10-minute walk from the Lodge or on the Lodge property. Everyone will have a private room with shared bathrooms and a kitchen. We have pet-friendly housing options available. Rent will be based on the housing you choose and first come, first serve. Rv spots may be available to those who have RVs.

Fiber optics Wifi is included with all housing and Rv sites.
