The front desk is responsible for making reservations, registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests and ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay.
- Possess a working knowledge of the reservations department
- Maintain the inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Answer phones, make reservations, communicate reservation policies with guests
- Know room locations, types of rooms available and room rates
- Register guests, assign rooms, and assist guests as needed
- Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Process guest check-outs and handle monetary transactions
- Maintain customer privacy
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time; Variable Schedule
Pay: $12.00 – $14.00 per hour
