Lakeside Lodge and Resort in Island Park, Idaho is looking to hire multiple year-round positions.

We are located right on the Island Park Reservoir and open year-round.

We are looking to hire individuals who are willing to help make our family business grow, who are willing to go above and beyond.

For the Kitchen, we are looking for Breakfast Cooks, Lunch Cooks and Dinner Cooks as well as prep cooks and dishwashers.Experience is a must. Executive Chef Rick Giffen is excited to train and work with amazing candidates. Chef Rick comes from Las Vegas and has so much to offer and to teach the right candidates.

For the Restaurant, we are looking for experienced Bartenders and Servers. We have a full bar. Experience is a must. Paid Training will be available.

For the Front Desk, we are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and know how to get a job done. Must be able to use Microsoft for the Front desk. Will train on booking software.

For Rentals, we are looking for honest hardworking individuals who like to work with UTVs and Watercraft. Great Customer Service is a must.

Shared Employee Housing is available.

Pay depends on experience – starting from $8-$12. Housing is part of your compensation.
