Monitor seating availability, service, safety and well-being of guests in the club lounge. Keep the bar, bar furniture, tables and other instruments clean and in good condition. Prepare and serve hot, cold and alcoholic beverages. Stock the place with ice, glassware and supplies. Anticipate the need for replenishment and communicate it immediately. Wash dishes and kitchen utensils when necessary. Complete opening and closing tasks. Requisite all necessary supplies, taking them from the storage room to the bar area when needed. Secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas. Document pertinent information in department records. Anticipate extra food needs and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to manager.
