Caregiver

The Caregiver shall be responsible for the provision of such assistance as is needed to the residents of Arizona Pioneers’ Home Including, but not limited to, assisting with feeding, hydration, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, oral care, personal hygiene, infection control, positioning, transferring, ambulation, maintenance and cleanliness of personal areas, measuring of vitals to include oxygen saturation, pulse, blood pressure, respirations, height and weight under the direction and supervision of the unit nurse and in accordance with the plan of care.
