Gros Ventre River Ranch (Grow Vahnt)

We are a small, well-established guest ranch known for its casual, upscale food, breathtaking views, and relaxed atmosphere. We are located 18 miles from the western town of Jackson at 7,000 feet above sea level.
Our season runs from the beginning of June to the end of September each year. We serve 30-40 guests each week in the dining room and/or outdoor buffet cookout. Our Chef team of three persons are responsible for meal preparation including eggs to order, grilled foods, salads, soups, sauces, appetizers, pastries, breads, and desserts. Chefs will cooperatively prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for approximately 40 guests and 25 staff members six days each week. Special attention to plate presentation, grilled foods, and meeting dietary needs is a necessity.
Chefs will be responsible for cleaning pots and pans, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment. We provide a monthly competitive salary, private Room with a shared bathroom, three meals each day, and an end of Season Bonus. We have free laundry, Wi-Fi and phone facilities.
Each staff member has one day off each week. On our ranch, as with most ranches, the length of your work day is dictated by the hours needed to complete the job and we are looking for employees that are flexible and willing to put in a hard day’s work.
